  1. Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unworn.
  2. Tags Attached: All original tags must still be attached to the items.
  3. Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  4. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Final Sale Items: All items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
  2. Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized or personalized cannot be returned.
  3. Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, panties and bodysuits cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Send an email to info@careermosiac.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is approved.
  3. Package the Items: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RAN inside the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Await Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns
